Effective July 1, 2010, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) implements its Patient-Centered Medical Home Incentive Program, an initiative to incentivize the development of health care settings that facilitate partnerships between patients and their physicians.

Fidelis Care New York is a strong proponent of Electronic Health Records. Adopting an Electronic Health Record is a difficult task but for the next few years, local and federal programs will offset costs and provide subsidized support services.
