With Fidelis Care Medicaid Managed Care, you choose a doctor in your own neighborhood. That doctor is called your primary care provider (PCP). He or she will be there for you for all your routine healthcare.

When necessary, your doctor can refer you to a specialist, and, of course, we cover emergency visits for problems that require immediate attention, in full. You will, however, need your Medicaid card for prescriptions, certain family planning services, as well as other services.
