The Care You Need, When You Need It

As a Fidelis Care member, your health and well being always come first. We want to make sure you always have the health care and services you need to take good care of your health.

Here are just some of the ways we work with members and providers to provide the highest level of customer service and care:

  • Choose and Change Your Doctor: Each member has his or her own doctor to provide care on a regular basis. If at any time you want to change your doctor, just call Member Services at 1-888-FIDELIS (1-888-343-3547). We can help you find a local doctor that is right for you.
  • DiabetesCare: If you have diabetes, our DiabetesCare program will help you make doctors' appointments and provide ongoing education and support.
  • BabyCare: Pregnant members who join this program have their own Maternal Care Associate to answer questions about pregnancy, labor, and infant care. The Associate will also make sure you and your baby get the care you need.
  • AsthmaCare: AsthmaCare gives members with asthma the tools and information they need to manage their asthma and stay healthy.
  • Behavioral Health Care: We offer support and care for members who suffer from depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or who have been the victim of domestic violence. Members can also receive outpatient care for substance abuse or mental health issues.
  • Non-Emergency Transportation: In 22 counties, we offer non-emergency transportation to and from doctors' appointments for Medicaid members who are financially unable to pay for transportation or who have a medical condition that makes special transportation necessary.
