Fidelis Care recently ranked second in overall quality among 20 Medicaid managed care plans in New York State. Each plan was given points for quality, member satisfaction, and for meeting requirements set by the State.

We earned a total score of 79 percent and were one of only six plans to increase scores from the previous year. We were also one of only six plans to receive a score of 70 or higher in the quality category.
