As your health plan, Fidelis Care would like to update you on our growth in recent months. We are always looking for ways to serve our members as well as New York State residents who are uninsured - especially during these tough economic times. Here’s a brief look at our recent progress:

• NOW IN 46 COUNTIES: Fidelis Care recently added four new counties to our coverage area, making us live in 46 of the State’s 62 counties. These new counties are Genesee, Wayne, Madison, and Putnam. In the near future, we are planning to expand into Chenango and Delaware counties.
• MEMBERSHIP GROWTH: We have seen strong membership growth over the past several months and expect to pass 500,000 members in our Child Health Plus (CHP), Family Health Plus (FHP), and Medicaid Managed Care programs this summer. From Niagara Falls to New York City, we are pleased to serve you and your family members,
  neighbors, and friends!
• NEWOFFICE LOCATION: Fidelis Care recently celebrated an office opening celebration in our new Suffern office on 400 Rella Boulevard. From this office, Fidelis Care staff reach out to the community with our CHP, FHP, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage programs. We also serve nearly 270 members in Orange and Rockland counties in our Fidelis Care at Home program.
• NEW PROGRAM IN 9 COUNTIES: Fidelis Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) is a new program that Fidelis Care is planning to launch this summer in the five boroughs of New
  York City in addition to Montgomery, Albany, Rensselaer, and Schenectady. MAP is for those who have Medicare and Medicaid coverage and who have a chronic illness or disability. MAP members may also need nursing home care.
• NEW AND IMPROVED WEB SITE ON THE WAY: We are getting ready to launch  an updated version of our Web site, fideliscare.org, by the end of the summer. Look for further updates in the fall issue of HealthyNOW.
