We're working with schools across New York State to tell parents like you about Child Health Plus with Fidelis Care. It is a special program that is part of the New York State-sponsored Child Health Plus program for children under 19.

Depending on your income and household size, Child Health Plus with Fidelis Care may cost very little or nothing at all. You can choose your child's own doctor from the Fidelis Care network - a health care professional in your neighborhood you know and trust. A happy, healthy child is life's greatest gift.

Some children who had employer-based health insurance within the past six months may be subject to a waiting period before they can enroll in Child Health Plus. This will depend on your household income and the reason your children lost employer-based coverage.
